45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. We will be alternating periods of intense cardio with strength training. Studies have shown that HIIT style of training is extremely beneficial for fat loss! Get a full body workout in a shorter time!

Instructor Spin, HIIT and Cycling Classes Retired after serving 20 years in the Navy. I then completed 30 years tenure with the City of Asheville and retired in 2010. I became an AF member in 2008 and I fell in Love with indoor Cycling ( Spin ). Indoor cycling is ideal for all fitness levels, whether it's your first day or 100th day.
