It’s an upbeat and user-friendly dance-cardio class that uses a fusion of latin and international music to get participants ~groovin~. Zumba Instructor-Adena hails fro Philadelphia and moved to Asheville a year ago after sojourns through South America, India, Nepal, Europe, the Middle East, and across the United States. Travel is in her blood, along with a passion for the beautiful rhythms and dances of the world. While she values the technical aspects of dance, Adena is not a formally trained dancer. Rather, she dances with her heart and focuses on the inherent joy of movement and music. Her classes are an open invitation to shake it in whatever way feels fantastic.
